Heartland Medical Research, Inc. is located in Clive, Iowa, a suburb of Des Moines, Iowa. Founded by Avis Pieper and Kim Naberhaus in 1995, Heartland Medical Research provides clinical trial management for investigators in the Des Moines Metro area.

Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, we manage the day-to-day aspects of the clinical trial including study start up, regulatory documentation, contracts/budgets, patient recruitment, documentation of study data, electronic data capture. Our trained study coordinators facilitate all patient visit and monitoring visits.

We have an established network of private practice investigators with a variety of medical specialties and experienced clinical research coordinators to assist them in conducting clinical research trials at the site.
